How do I schedule my onboarding appointment?
After purchasing the coaching program, you will receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment through Calendly. Simply click on the link and select a day & time from the available slots.
How long is the Coaching Program?
The coaching portion of this mentorship is a twelve-month program. but you will receive lifetime access to our community of students, lenders, and investors. The goal is to help you make enough money from the deal(s) you do during the coaching program so you can then fund your own deals to make the most money. However, if you would like to continue partnering with TFF on future flips, you may submit them to our underwriting team at any time. We would love to partner with you. Funding priority is always given to our active coaching students.
Do you provide any guarantees?
Absolutely! We are fully vested in your success, therefore The Flip Firm (TFF) provides a 12-month, 5 Guarantee Assurance for all our mentorship students.
- TFF will show you how to find quality flip properties, but if you have difficulty, TFF will help you find your first flip property.
- JP will spend a day with you analyzing the qualifying property(s) you have short-listed so one can be selected as your next flip.
- All properties qualifying per TFF's Evaluator can receive 100% funding
- Students that complete the entire course and attend all calls, but are unable to secure a property, TFF will provide one of our flip opportunities to you.
- Students that complete the entire course and attend all calls, but are unable to secure a property and if TFF is unable to provide a flip property, then student will be eligible for a full refund.

What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final with one exception. If you complete the full course and attend all calls, but are still unable to find a quality flip property, and if for any reason TFF is unable to provide you a flip property, you will be eligible for a refund of the Mentorship Coaching Program. Please review the specific terms and conditions in the Coaching Agreement.
