Additional resources include a list of more than 40 Hard Money Lenders, GAP lenders and EMD lenders, plus construction pricing lists and sample contracts. Students are provided virtually everything they’ll need to do a flip and they can go through the entire course from the comfort of their own home and at their own pace.

Option 2: Done With You (Coaching) - The Flip Firm Mentorship Program

The Flip Firm's coaching program called "The Flip Firm Mentorship Program." This is a combination of direct coaching as well as all the content included in the "Fix & Flip to 6 Figures" course.
