How do I schedule my onboarding appointment?

After purchasing the coaching program, you will receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment through Calendly. Simply click on the link and select a day & time from the available slots.


How long is the Coaching Program?

The coaching portion of this mentorship is a twelve-month program. but you will receive lifetime access to our community of students, lenders, and investors. The goal is to help you make enough money from the deal(s) you do during the coaching program so you can then fund your own deals to make the most money. However, if you would like to continue partnering with TFF on future flips, you may submit your deals to our underwriting team at any time. We would love to partner with you. Funding priority is always given to our active coaching students.


Do you provide any Guarantees?

Absolutely! We are fully vested in your success, therefore The Flip Firm (TFF) provides a 12-month, 5 Guarantee Assurance for all our mentorship students.

  1. You will learn how to successfully flip homes with zero money out-of-pocket, and without raising any capital from friends or family.
  2. JP will spend a day with you in your city analyzing the qualified property(s) you have short-listed, and view local comps so we can select the best property to flip together.
  3. All qualifying properties per The Flip Firm Evaluator will receive 100% funding for acquisition and rehab.
  4. If you complete the entire course and do the work, but are unable to secure a property, TFF will provide one of our flip opportunities to you.
  5. If you complete the entire course and do the work, but are unable to secure a property and if TFF is unable to provide a flip property, then student will be eligible for a 100% refund.

What is your Refund Policy?

All purchases are final. However, if you complete the full Mentorship Course and do the work, but are still unable to find a quality flip property, and if TFF does not provide you a flip property, you will be eligible for a full refund of the Mentorship Coaching Program. Please review all terms and conditions in the Coaching Agreement.
